  • Åre Nanny has been providing babysitting since 2010 and was started because there was a lack of similar babysitting services in Åre.

"She began to understand the importance of being able to have some time of her own to enjoy the holidays as a parent!" shared Erika Edling, the founder.

Even today, one can relate to Erika's insight. At the end of 2022, the opportunity arose for them to take over her babysitting business in Åre. Maria, with over 20 years of experience in social work, and Kalle, an entrepreneur with broad experience in entrepreneurship and business development, stepped in.

They also wholeheartedly believe in the importance of being able to enjoy life. It makes them happier and more energetic, and thus also potentially better parents.

Safety is essential for both their babysitters and their customers. All their babysitters have experience in First Aid and CPR. They conduct in-depth interviews in their selection process and always check the police criminal record.
