Relax with Family and Friends in This Peaceful Retreat Near Ottsjön, Mountain Scenery, and Ski Trails

The newly built mountain cabin is beautifully situated with stunning views of Ottfjället and the lake. The cabin offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people, divided into 4 bedrooms, making it perfect for two families, friends, or colleagues.

Cross-country ski trails and a snowmobile route are located just below the house, and the grocery store is only a short walk away. Parking is available next to the cabin.

THE CABIN

Please note: The fireplace is not yet in use, and the sauna is under construction.

• 4 bedrooms: Two with double beds and two with bunk beds (80+120 cm). An extra mattress is available.

• Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, and washing machine.

• Large entrance and hallway.

• The main living area offers breathtaking views of Ottfjället, Ottsjön, and the surrounding forest. The open-plan kitchen and living room comfortably accommodate 8 people at the dining table. Relax on the sofa and armchairs in front of the TV, where you can stream your favorite shows via Chromecast.

• Mobile Wi-Fi is available, but with limited speed.

THE SURROUNDINGS

You can easily walk to ICA Ottsjö (5 minutes) to buy groceries or pick up any essentials you may have forgotten, such as boots or gloves. During summer, you can take a refreshing swim in Ottsjön, or enjoy ice fishing in the winter – just an 8-minute walk away. The Ottsjö mountain trails are easily accessible by foot or car.

At ICA Ottsjö, you can also get information about local activities, rent a boat, or purchase fishing permits and trail maps. Cross-country ski passes are available online.

The ski slopes in Trillevallen are only a 13-minute drive away.
